The clinic appointments are carried out in a nice relaxing atmosphere with the highest possible standards.
Unfortunately home visits are not available.
I do put a lot of effort in to this clinic to run it nicely and smoothly and reduce waiting time to a minimum.
I do advise to book your appointment in advance to avoid disappointment.
It is a very busy clinic last minute appointments are very unlikely.

Parking and facilities
Please note there is a 50 pence fee for the car park for 2 hours. I am on the first floor in treatment room 2, there is a lift available. Disabled access to the building and toilets also car disabled bays in the front of the entrance. There is also a cafe downstairs where you can enjoy a cup of tea or coffee before or after the treatment.
Deposit system
The deposit of £25.00 per person is required prior the first visit paid by the safe dojo link sent to your phone.
No personal card details are taken over the phone.
The deposit is non refundable however you can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hrs before if you fail to attend there is no refund given.
Cancellation and missed appointment policy
I kindly ask for at least 24HRS notice for cancellation or rescheduling an appointment.
This allows ,e to offer that time slot to other clients in need.
If the appointment is cancelled with less than 24HRS notice or missed the full fee will be charged.
